Information Sharing With Phoenix Service Crews
When you request Phoenix landscaping service, we share your contact details and address with the crew assigned to your property. This includes your name, service address, and phone number for day-of contact. It also includes any notes about gate codes, pets, irrigation locations, or property access. Crew members do not get your email address or any payment details.
We do not share your information with other landscaping companies, marketing firms, lead-generation services, or any third party for promotion.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data, such as pages visited, time on site, and general region. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use CallRail to track phone calls from our website. CallRail records the time, length, and source of calls. We do not store call recordings unless you authorize them.
Quote Request Information Retention
If you submit a quote request but do not become a customer, we keep your contact information for 12 months in case you reach back out, then we delete it. We keep active customer records for the length of the service relationship plus 7 years for accounting and tax rules. After that, we delete them for good.
